What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept card, cash,  and check.

What days can I pick up my order?

Once your order is ready, our staff will call you and let you know what day your order will be ready to pick up. After that, you can pick it up any day or time that we are open. We ask that if it will be 2 weeks or longer before you can pick up your order, please call and make arrangements with us.

How is the meat packaged for pick up and travel?

Your vacuum-sealed meat is placed in our cardboard trays with handles for each handling. Each box is labeled with the customer name and our tag number. At pick-up, we will then go over the total number of boxes we have for you before you leave.

Do you render lard?

At this time, we do not have the machinery needed to render lard. We can however, upon request, save the fat from your animal. Please make sure to include that with your order as it is not automatically included with the order.
